We absolutely loved our stay at this cozy cabin with kids! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the attention to detail—everything was so well thought out and convenient. The mountain views were stunning, and the cabin itself felt like the perfect retreat.

We brought our own firewood but were pleasantly surprised to find some already provided, along with a lighter and plenty of games to enjoy during our downtime. Every little touch, from the decor to the setup, made our stay feel extra special and stress-free.

We really enjoyed our time, the yurt was very comfortable, the biking great, and the hosts very helpful! Even if biking isn’t your thing, High Camp is perfect if you just want to get away from the daily grind but still have the convenience of a town just a few minutes away. The weekend we were there we went to the Graeagle 4th of July parade, fireworks show, and Civil War re-enactment. We also took a tour of the railroad museum in Portola and had the opportunity to take a train ride in a caboose. – Mitrovich family
